  • “A Study of 100 cases of COPD with emphasis on spirometry and co-morbidities” – A 2 years of Observational Cross-sectional Study, submitted to Saurashtra University (Gujarat) in December 2019.

  • Diagnosis and Treatment of various respiratory diseases including COPD, Asthma, Pulmonary and extra pulmonary TB, NTM, ILD, Covid, H1N1 and various pneumonias, Post covid lung fibrosis, Lung carcinoma, ARDS, Eosinophilic lung diseases, Pneumothorax, Hydropneumothorax, Occupational lung diseases, Mediastinal disorders, Pleural diseases, etc.
  • Diagnosis and Management of Allergy, Asthma and Immunological disorders – Skin prick testing, Sensitization and Immunotherapy.
  • Diagnosis and Management of Sleep Disorders including OSA, OHS, Insomnia, Narcolepsy and Restless leg syndrome.
  • Evaluation of Comprehensive Polysomnography (level I,II,III sleep study) and titration of APAP/CPAP/BiPAP device with various interphases.
  • Diagnosis and Management of smoking related lung diseases. Smoking cessation & Deaddiction.
  • Analysis of Spirometry including Pulmonary Function Test, DLCO, Lung volumes and CPET.
  • Diagnostic and Therapeutic Thoracocentesis.
  • Placement of ICD (Intercostal Drainage Tube) and Pigtail drain.
  • Dedicated Pulmonary rehabilitation, chest physiotherapy and beathing exercises.
  • Handling of ICU and Critical Care patients.
  • Endo-tracheal Intubation, Central line insertion and Management of Mechanical Ventilation.
  • Bronchoscopy and guided interventional procedures (BAL, Bronchial Washing, Brushing, Foreign body removal, Biopsy - TBNA, TBLB).
  • Flexible fibreoptic & Rigid bronchoscopy and guided interventional procedures.
  • Thoracoscopy and guided interventional procedures (Pleural biopsy, Pleurodesis).
  • Endobronchial Ultrasound (Linear EBUS) for mediastinal mass and lymph nodes.
  • Tracheal and Bronchial stenting – SEMS Y-Stent.
  • Spigot and glue instillment for Bronchopleural fistula closure.
