As a result of a dream embodied by our founder trustee and great philanthropist, the late Shri Harilal Jechand Doshi, the H. J. Doshi Hospital Trust,was established in 1979. The objective of the hospital was, in our founder’s words “To offer the best medical treatment available to the people of Saurashtra”.

With a built-up area of is more than 1, 80,000 sq ft., the hospital has 200 functional beds along with a full-fledged pharmacy(under the name Pujya Samarathben Harilal Doshi Sarvajanik Medicine Centre), making it the most robust healthcare facility in the region. The  multi- specialty tertiary care hospital is designed to cater to the comprehensive healthcare needs of the entire Saurashtra region. We continue to expand our facilities, which include the first 3.0 Tesla MRI machines in the region,  We have ultra-modern Cath lab for Angiography, Angioplasty and Neurology DSA procedures, fully equipped modern surgical suites, and contemporary and innovative emergency care facilities. We are also in the process of installing specialty operating theaters for higher-end surgeries.
